after pulling apart the entire alarm, resoldering connections back to stock, replacing the ignition switch, R&Ring the batt fusible link I found this after pulling my hair when everything didnt work 
The failure was a tiny hairline that for some reason did not reveal itself fully until after I pulled it out. The link was darker in color than the rest, but since I didnt see the hairline I skimmed over it and wasted a night. this is the SKD CONTL 30A fusible link, second green down from the blue. symptoms were no on position, and therefore no switched power accessories. Aftermarket alarm was tied into the ignition along with power, so it too went dead. thank you jzack, Crim, aliaZ, Greg D & doug8867 for the ideas
